74% organic dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder), sun dried apricots (33%), Bacardi Oakheart rum (19%).

Made in Australia using local and imported ingredients.

We use Bacardi Oakheart Spiced premium rum. Aged in charred oak barrels, with notes of honey, burnt vanilla, and cinnamon, it is one of the world's favorite rums.

Whenever possible we only use certified organic fruits, however these are subject to seasonal availability and where they are not, we only use the freshest non-certified alternatives.
