Sea Buckthorn Berries, an integral ingredient in our Siberian Burst variety of truffles are a super-fruit full of all the Omegas – 3, 6, 9 and the rare 7. Sea Buckthorn Berries are loaded with flavonoids, vitamins, and antioxidants.
Dacquoise is almond and hazelnut meringue. We bake it using the freshest egg whites and organic nuts with a very small amount of icing sugar then mix it with crushed dried orange peel.
