I remember walking past plants at the farmers market 3 years ago, when for the first time I experienced the magical fragrance of Lemon Verbena. It transported my senses to an entirely different world! It made me relaxed and refreshed. I bought the plant and rushed home to use it in my new chocolate creation - Tango for Two.
I named my new chocolate "Tango for Two", a sensual duet of luscious sweet strawberries and aromatic and refreshing verbena, encased in luxurious dark chocolate.

I would like to say that it was a duet that never ended. But there was a problem! My verbena would give just few leaves a year, that’s it! Which means I would enjoy these chocolates just once a year. This year we re-potted it and it finally grew well!
